Yehuda Elmakias
More than four decades of construction experience, carried from award-recognized custom homes in Wisconsin to distinctive residential and commercial work throughout the Los Angeles area.
Before founding Cloud Nine Builders in California, Yehuda led Elmakias Construction, a Wisconsin design-build company known for custom residences, major renovations, additions, and Parade of Homes projects. The company’s promise was straightforward: thoughtful design, disciplined budgets, dependable schedules, and craftsmanship that made every new space feel as though it had always belonged.
Educated at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in civil engineering and construction management, Yehuda brings the perspective of a builder, developer, project manager, and owner’s advocate. He anticipates issues early, coordinates architects and engineers with the realities of construction, and maintains clear responsibility from feasibility and preconstruction through final completion.
